"Custom order turned out right"
My custom order showed up with all the tweaks done exactly how I asked, which I really appreciated. The only small thing is I wish the process had felt a little more clear while I was waiting, since custom stuff can be nerve-racking. But in the end, everything was accurate and turned out just fine.

"Arrived right on time"
My order showed up exactly when they said it would. I was kind of expecting something to go off schedule, but nope, everything went smoothly with no issues.

"Pretty solid for the price, honestly"
I wasn’t really expecting much because of the price, and part of me still feels like it’s not anything super fancy, but it surprised me. The quality feels solid and I didn’t feel ripped off at all. It’s cheap, but not in a bad way, if that makes sense. I’d probably buy from them again.

"Pretty easy return and warranty help"
I had to do a return first, and then later I run into a warranty issue too. Gorilla Made handled both without making it a big headache. They was replying quick, told me what they needed, and it all got sorted out. Nothing over the top, just solid help when I needed it.

"Got help quickly, when I needed it"
I had a question about my order, and they got back to me the same day. It wasn’t instant, but it was still quick, and the answer was clear. I did have to send one follow-up, but overall, I’m happy with how they handled it.

"Holding up really well so far"
I picked up a GorillaMade toolbox a few months back and I’ve been using it pretty much every day. It’s still looking almost brand new, which surprised me. It does feel a bit heavier than I expected at first, but actually, that kind of makes it feel more solid and dependable. Overall, it seems really well built and worth the money
